Urban Farming

Brooklyn Roots Collective is host not only to incredible events, but also to an impressive urban farm led by Oko Farms. We are proud to partner with a group of thoughtful farmers committed to exploring sustainability in creative ways through several methods. Taste some of their delicious produce (grown right here!) in the signature cocktails at our bar, or through our resident food trucks and restaurants. You can admire Oko Farm’s herb garden peeking out from above our bar in the front courtyard, or sit in the rear garden amongst native plants that support pollinators, and some special plants that can be used as natural dyes in upcoming workshops.
