Farm-forward tofu udon noodle cooking class led by Chef Halle Burns

Did you know you can turn tofu into udon noodles? Join us for a cooking class featuring fresh produce from Oko Farms, and wine & spirits by the glass thanks to Brooklyn Roots Collective!

This exclusive cooking class will take place on the mezzanine and requires a ticket purchased in advance in order to participate. All ages welcome, must be 21+ years old to purchase a ticket including drinks. Beverages (including non-alcoholic options) may also be purchased separately during or after the event.

While you're with us, you are welcome to check out the Sustainable Holiday Night Market led by Zero Waste NYC. Shop local, sustainable, and small this holiday season! Get the perfect gifts for your loved ones while supporting NYC makers, artists, vintage sellers, upcyclers, and community partners. This market will take place from 5-9 pm in the main hall (downstairs from the mezzanine where Clean Plate Club's cooking class will be) and it is FREE so you are welcome to come early or stay after class to shop and enjoy additional seasonal drinks.
